Wearing many hats Jonathan started his career working with AAPT before helping out at his family restaurant Emperor’s Garden as the General Manager for the past 20 years.

He currently serves as the National Vice President of the Hong Kong Australia Business Association and the President of the Chung Shan Society of Australia here in Sydney.
